What to do if you have a bench warrant in the State of Pennsylvania

A bench warrant means that there is a warrant for your arrest. There are three reasons why an individual would have a warrant out for their arrest. First, there are charges currently pending against an individual that have been filed and a warrant has been signed by a judge to arrest the person.
